Supply Guide

The following list will include items that can be obtained by defeating any creature in the map (Map Drops) and items that are tied to defeating specific creatures (Creature Drops). Keep in mind that items tied to a creature have a chance of dropping no matter where the creature is defeated (even if it’s not a map where they spawn normally). Do remember, there are some items in the game that do not drop normally, some are tied to storyline events, Union Merchandise, or have similar exceptions / restrictions. As this is a lengthy list, it is recommended to use the search function (Ctrl+F in Windows) to navigate it. —DROPS BY MAP— ADVENTURER’S PLAINS: Rusted IronPebbleTwigTough ClothDistilled WaterHP BottleMP BottleSimple ThreadLesianPlant Seed VALLEY OF LUXEM TOWER: TinYellowish StoneMaple WoodCottonLow EssenceIron ThreadNetilBarkSandstoneAromatic WoodAlcoholThick Iron PieceSweet Honey BREEZY HILLS: BronzeGravel StoneOak WoodCopperSleek LeatherTough LeatherFeltLinenGlue CANYON CITY OF ZANT: IronPaulownia WoodGraniteTender LeatherSilkBroken Metal FragmentSilver ThreadBird Feather EL VERLOON DESERT: MarblePine WoodGorgeous LeatherWoolDyesFire Stone ANIMA LAKE: Cinnamon WoodEssenceSilver Iron CAPITAL CITY: ChromiumShining StoneRed SandalwoodHard LeatherPlain WeaveGold Thread FOREST OF WISDOM: Oak WoodOtherworldly StoneOtherworldly WoodTransparent LeatherMaple WoodAromatic WoodThin Leaf KENJI BEACH: Sephiroth WoodLusianConchSea Shell GORGE OF SILENCE: GraniteYellowish StoneTinOilPlatinum ThreadChromiumDragon Scale DESERT OF THE DEAD: MercuryOtherworldly MetalPrecious Platinum ThreadAurumAetilDead WoodDry LeatherSheer LinenScavenger Fur GOBLIN CAVE: GraniteMeteoriteNoctilucent LeafPaulownia WoodOtherworldly WoodCoalBroken Rune Pieces OBLIVION TEMPLE: Otherworldly StoneProtector WillAncient StoneBroken EmblemBone FragmentsEarth BladeIron PieceAncient TabletMarbleGranite MYSTIC CITY: GlueDyesInkMetilLesianEarth StoneSilver ThreadPlatinum ThreadCrystal Stone FREEZING PLATEAU: Gorgeous LeatherMisianWind StoneWolf SteelMythrilPlant SeedBark LUNAR DOCKS: Iron ThreadMercuryOak WoodBronzeFeltSimple ThreadRubber SapOcean BladeLow Essence CRYSTAL SNOWFIELDS: GraniteMarbleHersianAetilLight StoneLow EnthiricHimeSpiritual Stone of Fire SNOW VALLEY: DenimWoolBlue HeartsJilsian MANA SNOWFIELDS: Energy MetalDirty Zodiac StoneMP BottleCoal...

Rules for Book Submission

In the Defenders of the Cross Universe we’ve added a way for Defender’s to write in-game content, and books onto the M.O.B. This is called Book Submissions. (Writing a Book for D.O.T.C.) What information is required from the player (Defender)?– Character Name –– Account’s Email –-MOB Recognition- The first thing a Defender (Player) needs to do is make sure to get a recognition of the Book one is writing in the game. They can do this by speaking with an N.P.C. that is related to their story about documenting their adventurer’s or writing down their theories. Once the M.O.B. System has recognized that you are indeed writing a book you should receive an email. The email will be sent to the email connected to the Account of that character. (Note: If the email that sends the Book Submission is not the same as the account will be denied.) Once M.O.B. System has detected that your character has begun a story line path towards writing their own book into the world of Defenders of the Cross it all begins. . In order to prepare your book to be perceived completely and openly by the Game World you, the player, must actively write out the book of your own in the real world. Assuming that this does interest you and truly is the path that you are intending for your character’s story-line, I suggest you prepare yourself to write, and brainstorm all the ideas that come to your head for your content. The emails should take about 72-hours after the M.O.B. has registered your actions. (Note: Book Submissions not have not...
Clan System

Clan System

Clans is a group of players under the same visions and goals. Many activities, quests, organizations, raids or features are only available to Clans. (The only way to see purchased Reward Points is by being in a Clan.) Creating a Clan In most organizations like the Akram Kingdom and the Principality Empire, a player can create a Clan after reaching level 30 by talking to the Union Lords, and leadership of the Main Organization. As a Clan Owner you will be requested a fee of 1,000,000 Zulie in order to create the Clan. One is taken to a location, and forced to have a chat a Brigade registry member. When you have selected the option to create a clan, a window will pop up. At this window you select your Clan name, Clan slogan and your Clan mark. When you hit the confirm, your clan is created. In the Aruan Reign, for a clan to be made a Legionnaire must accept the gift of the Goddess. This is done by first becoming a Legionnaire of the Aruan Army. By receiving the gift a Clan is made with the specifics of previous Generals of the Aruan Reign. These specifics given include an already set Clan name, clan slogan, and clan mark. (In the Aruan Reign a clan is called a Battalion.) Clan Points Each clan starts out with space for 15 members (including the clan master). Clan Points can be used to rank up the clan as well as payments for NPCs if you are attempting to establish a major union. In order to gain more space, the clan must...

Account Bound Status

Account Bound There may come a time where one or more of your characters find their items to be account bound, meaning they cannot trade, drop, or sell via player shop any items at all. So what is this and when does it happen? We’ll go into detail below. NOTE: There are some items that, by default, cannot be traded or dropped. There are also some items which cannot be placed into the storage. Those are original settings of those items and are not related to the character being account bound. Account bound characters are those who cannot drop, trade or sell via shop ANY item they possess; and we specifically mean the player shops, not the NPC vendors found throughout the game. The Account Bound status particularly affects players who are in control of multiple accounts, specifically, those who control more than two accounts. Account Bound means that items of that account cannot be dropped, traded to other players or sold to other players (via a player shop). Which items? Equipment, Gear, Materials, PAT, Zulie and consumables are only to be usable by that account. Thus, all items in the account are tied to the account. Another limit that Account Bound gives to a character’s account is the inability to create parties or even join a party. How would it determine what accounts will be affected by this? Accounts with a main character (those with the highest reputation if the account has multiple characters) will not fall under the account bound status. Characters in a second account will also not have anything to worry about. Having characters in...

Inactive Characters

Character Inactivity Hello there, Defender! This article is to inform you about the rules and regulations of character activity in Defenders of the Cross. There may come a time where you do not log into the game for an extended period of time. This can be due to a variety of factors, such as a vacation, a busy time period, or simply to take a break! The question may come up, what will happen to my character? The answer, in the majority of the cases, is nothing will happen to your characters. Especially if your character has running story lines and accumulated Reputation, your character will stay on your account, unchanged. Given an extended period of inactivity, however, your character’s reputation will slowly go down (this does not removes your character’s story line, it just brings down your position in the reputation list). In the case of characters who have less than 10 reputation (such as some alternate characters) they will only see something happen to them if they are not used for any story line purpose for an extended period of time. Should they go several months without involving themselves in any story line event or interacting with a prompt (such as a resource drive), then they might be relegated to a side character, deleted or used for any specified circumstance. 1. What a side character means is they have their name removed and replaced with “D.####” where #### is their ID number. These characters can still be used, but cannot carry independent story lines. 2. Deleted, but why? When the server undergoes a major change such as...
